1. Accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng propesyonal
2. Cedula
3. 2 pieces passport size picture(White background and complete name tag)
4. 1 piece 1×1 picture(White background and complete name tag)
5. 2 sets of metered document stamps
6. 1 short [...]

The June 2009 Nursing Board Exam Results will soon flood the web and many student nurses right now are monitoring it. I’ll try to post a copy of the Board Exam results as soon as I get a copy of it. God Bless to all the examinees!

It’s nice at nasimulan ang february ng sunday…wala lang…feeling ko special ang month pag nagsisimula ng sunday dahil alam naman nating bukod sa family day ito eh sunday ang araw kung saan tayo nagpupunta sa kanya-kanyang mga churhes ano man ang religion except sa mga saturday ang service/mass..
