Before that i want to tell you a short story of mine.
My family has a catering services business and we cater different types of occasion. One day my mom asked my friend to take pictures in a double wedding occasion. Because it is a rush contract, my mom had no time to look for a professional photographer that will do the work. My friend and I accepted the opportunity since my friend owned a DSLR camera and another Canon digital camera. We love photography so much that we did not hesitate to decline my mother’s request.
And so the day came and we did take a lot of pictures, from the entourage, ceremony, etc. and to make the long story short, we did a good job. Then after the event, we go to his house to burn all the images we took. We were shocked after we saw the images inside the memory card. It’s all corrupted and all the pictures that we’ve taken are all lost. We didn’t know what to do and to react. It’s a double wedding memories that we’ve lost and we can’t return back time to take another shot.
And so I google “how to recover a corrupted jpeg images”. There are so many software services that offer file recovery but all of them are just recovering deleted files and not repairing corrupted or broken files. Some teach how to prevent file corruption and the reasons why files are being corrupted are. In the end I found out that it’s impossible to recover it again.
